CHRISTIAN SYMPATHY to the FAMILY and FRIENDS of:
Richard Jackson, brother of Rosemary Walker, passed away this week. No arrangements at this time.
William Jay “Bill” Topping,59, of Huntington, WV, whose funeral was Tues., Sept 6. He is survived by his wife Mary, and two sons, Michael, and Chase (Tori). He was also a brother of Christy Holley.
HOSPITALIZED:
Betty Begunich, Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV. She has been diagnosed with kidney and colon cancer. She is a friend of Becky Childers.
JB Caldwell, Cornerstone Skilled Nursing, SMMC. He is having several health issues and needs our prayers.
Christopher Linville, PICU, CH-H. He is having several health issues, and has not regained consciousness since his arrival.
HEALTH CONCERNS:
Sue Benedict asks prayers for her niece, Kristi, who has a flesh -eating bacteria and Mersa; Avery Black has rhino-virus; Carson Casey,16-year-old friend of Luke Lunsford, is now home under a doctor’s care. He has a 10% loss of function in his right lung; Connie Chapman is now home. She is staying at her daughter, Brook Chapman’s home; Jack Dailey, son of Naomi Dailey, continues to need our prayers as he recovers from a recent defibrillator/pacemaker installation; Ann Hinkley received good reports from her doctor this week; Sam Litteral had tests in Lexington, KY on Thurs., Sept.8; Patty Morrison will get the results from a recent CAT Scan in November; Mollie Perry asks prayer for her cousin, Wiley McGinnis, who is suffering from pancreatic cancer; Patricia Ray, has early-stage Alzheimer’s and need a knee replacement. She is Connie Morrison’s sister, and sister -in -law of Stella Bartram and Gina Flora; Brenda Rider has been advised to cease working and get off her feet. Her last day of work was Sat., Sept.10; Abby Scarberry, 7 – year -old daughter of Angela and Tim Scarberry, was treated this week for Lyme disease and picrona virus which caused her mobility issues; Johnny Shepherd, neighbor of Butch Vititoe, suffered a stroke; Tyler Smith, the young man who was hit by a train several months ago, continues to improve, but has a long road to go toward recovery. He also needs salvation; Butch Vititoe is home and remains under a doctor’s care, and Brenda will have a doctors appoint concerning her knees next week; Bob Wellman, friend and singing group mate of Butch Vititoe, has a blood clot in his lung.

James Perry retired this week from WOWK-TV after 41 years of service! (Mollie is preparing his “honey-do list”!)
