Keith O’Neal Cooper,82, of Milton, WV, whose funeral is today, Sun., Nov. 5, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, WV. Visitation is one hour prior to the 4 pm service. He is was a long – standing member of our church, and is survived by his son George (Tammy), and his two granddaughters, Casey, and Mary.
Judy Kay Jobe,79, of Barboursville, WV, whose funeral was Fri., Nov. 3. She was a friend of Jerry and Clara Zerkle.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
The MISSION PROJECT for November is Christmas Baskets. We need funds to buy supplies to help those in need, as well as honor those in our church and community who are widowed, elderly, have serious health conditions, or are in assisted living. We need to purchase a few grocery store gift cards and lots of fruit. We also need folks to bring individually wrapped Christmas cakes, cookies, and candies. (There is a basket in the foyer.) We will also need help with assembly and distribution of the baskets. Thanks!
Daily Bible Reading Calendars for 2023 are on the foyer tables, courtesy of Evangelistic Outreach. There will also be a schedule to read through the Bible chronologically. The WVBC ABWM Bible Book of the Month for November is II Corinthians.
