**Remember all those who suffered losses to their homes and property this week due to the storms that went through here in West Virginia, as well as Kentucky and Ohio. Praise God no lives were lost.

Also remember all the workers who are assisting with the power lines and clean-up in our area.

Daily Bible Reading Calendars for 2024 are on the foyer tables, courtesy of Evangelistic Outreach. There will also be a schedule to read through the Bible chronologically. The WVBC ABWM Bible Book of the Month for April is Micah.

2 pm – Caldwell Brothers Bridge Dedication and Reception, Family Center. All are welcome.

APRIL EVENTS

Mon., April 8, 5:30 pm – Ladies Bible Study, Family Center. We will be studying 3:16, Numbers of Hope by Max Lucado, a 5-week study. Let Connie Chapman know if you want a book ordered.

Tues., April 9, 16,23, 30, 10 am – Sew Blest, 6 pm – In Stitches, Family Center.

Sat., April 13, 9 am – 3 pm –Quilting Retreat. Quilters from Faith Baptist Church in Lavalette will be joining us to make quilts for Branches Domestic Violence Shelter in Huntington. Everyone is welcome to join in, even if you are not a quilter.

Sat., April 13, 12 noon – Widows and Singles Luncheon, Lighthouse Baptist Church. The theme is “Being a Blessing”. Special music will be provided by Jackie Stollings.

Sun., April 14 – Newsletter Deadline.

Sun., April 14 – Jesus Kids to Paramount Senior Living. They will present their play, “Epic Easter Trivia Show”.

Wed., April 17, 7 pm – Quarterly Business Meeting.
