Daily Bible Reading Calendars for 2024 are on the foyer tables, courtesy of Evangelistic Outreach. There will also be a schedule to read through the Bible chronologically. The WVBC ABWM Bible Book of the Month for April is Micah.

VBS Needs: Empty small Pringle cans, Shoeboxes

**More volunteers are needed for VBS. Please see Boo if you are interested in helping this year!

APRIL EVENTS

Mon., April 22, 5:30 pm – Ladies Bible Study, Family Center. We are studying 3:16, Numbers of Hope by Max Lucado. This is the 4th week of the 5-week study. Let Connie Chapman know if you want a book ordered.

Tues., April 23, 30, 10 am – Sew Blest, 6 pm – In Stitches, Family Center.

Fri., April 26 – Sun., April 28 – Spring Camp–a–Rama at Beech Fork State Park. Dinner will be on Sat., April 27 at 5:30. Hotdogs and hamburgers will be provided. Please bring a covered side-dish or dessert if you plan to attend. (This dinner is open to all who wish to attend, not just the campers.) See Erin Carter for more details.

Fri., April 27 – Sat., April 28 – AB Men’s Work Party at Camp Cowen.

Sun., April 28 – Fri., May 3, 7 pm – SPRING REVIVAL with Paul Michael Booth. Nursery every night for infants to 3–year-olds. Children’s Church for all ages will be Sunday and Wednesday night only. Wednesday night fellowship dinner at 5:30 pm – Mexican! Music: Sun.- 3rd Harmony Trio; Mon.- Creek Bank Choir; Tues. – Lighthouse Baptist Choir; Wed. – Beulah Ann Baptist Choir; Thurs. – Antioch Baptist Choir; Fri. – Mt. Zion Baptist Choir.

150TH Anniversary Events:

Sat., June 22, 4 pm – “Dinner on the Ground,” a picnic at the picnic shelter. Four young preachers from this church will speak: Jason Salmons, Tim Messinger, Jeff Fetty, and Tracy Mills.

Sun., Aug. 11, 7 pm – Simon Morrison, Pastor of Mud River Baptist Church (our “Mother Church”) will speak and his congregation will join us. Fellowship reception after.

Sun., Sept. 15 – Old-Fashioned Homecoming! Greg will speak at 11, and Calvin Ray Evans will speak at 2:00.

Sun., Dec. 29, 12:00 – Sesquicentennial Dinner! Opening of the 1999 Time Capsule.
