Roy Joseph “Joe” Booten, 80, of Huntington, WV, whose funeral is today, at 2 pm, at Morris Funeral Home Chapel, Wayne, WV. He was the husband of Edna Mae Dailey Booten, and father of Sherri Booten-Mears(Jim), and Joseph Edward Booten(Leaha), and a friend of several in our church.

The MISSION PROJECT for April is The Huntington City Mission. The Mission was founded in 1939 as a “soup kitchen” for homeless men. It is the only full-service shelter in a fifty-mile radius of Huntington. They offer help & hope to everyone who comes to their door. Hope for a safe place to sleep, hope for a warm meal and hope for a better future as they share the love of Christ. If you wish to make a contribution, please write HCM on your check memo. Thanks!
Daily Bible Reading Calendars for 2023 are on the foyer tables, courtesy of Evangelistic Outreach. There will also be a schedule to read through the Bible chronologically. The WVBC ABWM Bible Book of the Month for April is Jeremiah.
